Founder Dina Simon is an HR Strategist, Leadership Development Expert, and Entrepreneur - the firm has partnered with business owners, executives, and teams ready to grow since she founded the organization in 2011. With decades of combined leadership, executive coaching, and HR experience, Dina and her team bring the strategic depth and practical expertise organizations need.
As an approved vendor for the State of Minnesota and Hennepin County, the firm is a trusted resource for public, private, and nonprofit clients.
